1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once it has been dispatched.

2. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. RONNIEAMADI is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
