The Louis Vuitton LV Damier Jacquard Knit Shorts build on the house’s second great pattern. The Damier checkerboard — alternating dark grey and light grey-white squares — is woven directly into the knit as a full-coverage jacquard, with a micro-dot texture filling each square to give the grid a tweed-like density. The construction is structural: the pattern is in the fabric, not on it. At the right thigh, a hand-script “LV” in white adds a lighter, more casual counterpoint to the formal geometry of the Damier. The back carries the same Damier jacquard; the reverse is clean without pockets. Grey-white elasticated waistband with a black drawstring.
